Website care plans: the terms, in plain words
This is the whole agreement for the Keep, Book and Run plans. No separate contract. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay and we will put the answer in writing.
Who: FreeCo Co., Ltd. (法芮可有限公司, Taiwan Tax ID 90445399), Taipei, Taiwan, "we". You, the business named on the invoice, "you". Effective 27 September 2026.
1. What you get
A website we build for you and keep running, on the plan you chose (Keep, Book or Run). Every plan includes hosting, an SSL certificate, your domain connected, backups, the number of changes listed for the plan, a Google Business Profile set-up or monthly check as listed, and a one-page monthly report by email.
2. The draft is free
The first version we send you, and the revisions before you choose a plan, cost nothing and create no obligation. If you tell us it is not for you, we take the draft down within a week and delete the working files.
3. Going live
Going live means: your domain points to the site, SSL is on, the forms send to your email or WhatsApp, and we have handed you the login for your Google Business Profile if we set it up. We aim for a week from your go-ahead; the clock only runs while we are waiting on us, not on you (for example, waiting for domain access).
4. Changes
A change is one request you send in plain words: replace a photo, add opening hours, edit a price, add a paragraph. Keep includes 2 a month, Book 5, Run about 10 within fair use. Unused changes do not carry over. Most changes go live the same working day; we will tell you if one needs longer. A new page, a new feature or a redesign is not a change; we quote it first.
5. Content and accuracy
We build from what you give us and what is public on your Google Business Profile and current site. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, hours, claims and licences shown, and for having the right to use any photo or text you send us. Tell us the moment something is wrong and we fix it as a change, not as a chargeable job.
6. Ownership
The domain is registered in your name. The site files, text and images are yours. Our templates, tooling and the code that builds and maintains the site stay ours, but nothing you need to run the site elsewhere is held back: on request we deliver a complete static copy of the site within 14 days, at no charge, even after you cancel.
7. Billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same date each month, by card through Stripe, in USD, CAD or AUD. Annual plans are ten months' fee for twelve months, billed once. The first payment is due when you say "go live"; there is no setup fee. You receive an invoice for every charge. Prices are in the currency shown on your invoice and include our fees; any bank or card fees on your side are yours.
8. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time by email; it takes effect at the end of the paid month, and we keep the site running until then. Annual plans: the unused whole months are refunded within 14 days. After cancellation the site stays online for 30 days so you can move it, then it is taken down; a full copy is available under section 6.
9. If we fail you
If the site is down for more than 24 hours in a month for reasons on our side, that month is free. If we miss the change allowance or the monthly check two months running, you may cancel immediately with a refund of the current month.
10. What we do not do
We do not run ads, write legal or medical claims, or process your customers' payments ourselves (payment links go through your own Stripe or Square account). We do not sell or share your data or your customers' data; the privacy policy applies.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we email you 30 days ahead. If you do not agree, you can cancel under section 8 with a refund of any unused period. Taiwanese law applies; we will always try to settle anything by email first.
