  • What you provide: name, company, email, phone/timezone and project details submitted via our inquiry form, email or phone.
  • Technical data: standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and debugging. This site currently uses no marketing tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, prepare quotes and communicate during projects.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with unrelated third parties.
  • We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Third-party services

  • Form delivery: inquiries are forwarded to our inbox via FormSubmit over encrypted connections.
  • Web fonts: served by Google Fonts; Google may receive your browser request data (such as IP address).
  • CDN & security: this site is served through Cloudflare.

Retention & security

Inquiry data lives in our inbox and project tools, used solely to handle your request. You may request deletion at any time. All transport is encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email [email protected].

Updates

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes (e.g. adding analytics) will be clearly noted.
