Questions owners ask

You made a website for me before I asked. Why?+
Because a draft you can open on your phone says more than a pitch. It is built from what is already public: your Google Business Profile photos and reviews, and the services on your current site. Nothing is decided by opening it, and if it is not for you, we take it down.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?+
Hosting, SSL and your domain connected; the changes you ask for; a monthly check of your Google Business Profile; and a one-page report. There is no setup fee. The first month's fee is the only payment before you go live.
Do I own the website?+
Yes. The domain is registered in your name (we help you set it up or transfer it) and the site files are yours. If you leave, you take the whole site with you, and we hand over everything needed to host it elsewhere.
Can I cancel?+
Any month, by email. No contract, no exit fee. If you paid annually, the unused months are refunded. The whole agreement is one page: the terms, in plain words.
I already have a website. Can you just look after that one?+
Usually yes, if it is on WordPress or a static host. Send the address and we will tell you within a day whether it makes more sense to look after it or to move it onto the new draft.
Where are you, and how do we talk?+
Taipei, Taiwan. We work in writing, by email or WhatsApp, and reply within one working day, usually the same day. Working in writing means every change you ask for is on record and nothing gets lost.
How do you charge?+
Card, through Stripe, in USD, CAD or AUD. Monthly or annually (ten months for twelve). You get an invoice each time.
I got your email and I don't want it. What do I do?+
Reply with “no thanks” and that is the end of it. We take the draft down and you will not hear from us again.
